Hay Tarps
Hay tarps, also known as hay covers, hay stack covers, and bale covers are used to protect the hay produced through a season's hard work in order to sell the product during the best marketing times and achieve the maximum farm profit. Typically if you buy a hay tarp it can be used for three to five seasons if cared for properly. A few hundred dollars invested to buy a high quality hay tarp may provide you thousands of dollars in savings versus not covering your hay.

Those customers who use the hay rely upon a hay tarp or hay barn to protect the hay they purchased until the livestock have consumed it. If hay is not protected, mold and bacteria cause spoilage of the hay. Spoiled hay fed to livestock can create health problems. Performer Hay Tarps
Performer Hay Tarps are made from a triple coated heavy duty fabric built for maximum UV and abrasion resistance. The Performer Hay Tarp comes fan folded and ready to go on your stack (all components included and no assembly required.) The Performer has a pocket that runs the length of the tarp. Inside the pocket are short sections of PVC pipe with a gap in-between each section to allow you to fold it back and retie it down as you take bales out of your stack. It also comes with 18' rope tie-downs, steel "J" hooks and Super Cinches installed. When you get the tarp it is ready to install on your stack.

Bull Flex Hay Tarps
The new Bull Flex™ Hay Tarp is tough as bull hide, but flexible enough to satisfy all your tarping needs. This new tarp has two tie down options built in.
1) A pocket running the length of both sides to insert your own pipe.
2) Seatbelt webbing reinforced tie-downs every 3’ that held up to 1500 lbs before tearing out in our testing. Bull Flex™ has a 3000 lb 2” end strap built in to maximize end tightness.
The Bull Flex™ can be tied down with your own rope or you can purchase the Super Cinch system – your choice!
Another option is this: we will install the rope, Super Cinch, and J-hooks to the tarps if you wish for an additional charge. This saves you time and assures you get maximum efficiency in the use of your time. YOU CHOOSE - THE OPTION IS YOURS!

Vinyl Hay Tarps

These Vinyl Hay Tarps are used billboard banners, that are remanufactured and assembled with the same components used on Performer Hay Tarps. The side pockets have staves and the ropes are installed with the Super Cinch installed. The ends do not have 2" seatbelt webbing drawstrings, but as an inexpensive hay tarp these are quite durable and we have a couple customers who insist on and buy only the Vinyls. These are assembled as square bale tarps.
