Return Policy

Before returning a product purchased from Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc. you must first call us at 1-800-346-7744 and receive a return authorization number. Write the return authorization number in bold letters on the package that is returned so our Receiving Department can alert your sales representative. The Sales representative then will contact you and discuss the appropriate details about the returned product.

Inland Tarp & Cover, Inc. can usually save you money for freight charges on returned products if you make arrangements with us and return the product via one of our regular freight carriers.

Freight charges for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. If a material or workmanship defect is the reason for the return, ITC will credit the customer some or all of the return freight charge provided the return authorization policy is followed.

Your satisfaction is our goal. We will do our best to assure every customer gets the product that best fits their application and in the quality they deserve. Despite our best efforts, there will be some returns and rest assured we will do our best to make that mutually rewarding experience.
