International Shipping

Introduction

InlandTarp.com accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Sometimes, our systems may not be able to provide a standard courier or shipping method during checkout. If this is the case, select the "Contact me for shipping arrangements" on the Shipping Method page and a Customer Service Representative will contact you after you place your order.

Read more about shipping to U.S. protectorates or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. For further details, read about Restrictions (which apply to all international shipments) and Import Fees Deposits.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Returns & Replacements

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers. For additional information please use the "Contact Us" form.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from InlandTarp.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Using Freight Forwarders

Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally circumvents Inland Tarp & Liner, LLC's shipping process and may result in complications not covered by ITL. If a freight forwarder is used, the following terms will apply:

Inland Tarp & Liner, LLC will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that Inland Tarp & Liner, LLC is not able to provide a replacement of, or refund for, any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

You (or the freight forwarder if you so designate) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Inland Tarp & Liner, LLC must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
