Signing In and Signing Out
Please refer to the links below for help logging into Your Account and information about how and when you should sign out.
What if I have trouble signing in?
You are automatically asked to sign into your InlandTarp.com account any time you need to access account or order information to review or change something. If you have trouble logging in, here are some things to check:
- Incorrect E-mail Address: Your e-mail address must be in this format: firstname.lastname@example.org (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one e-mail address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed.
- Incorrect Password: If you're sure you're using the correct e-mail address, try to reset your password. Simply visit http://www.inlandtarp.com/resetpassword and follow the on-screen instructions. Your new password will be effective immediately.
When should I sign out?
If you are using a public terminal, you will want to log off, or sign out, before you leave the computer. You'll be able to tell if you are signed in by the options you see in the right-hand column of Help:
- If you are signed into InlandTarp.com: Your account name and a "Sign out" link will appear in the top right corner of the website. You can click the "Sign out" link at any time to exit your InalndTarp.com account.
- If you are not signed into InlandTarp.com: The "Sign out" link will not be available.
What happens when I sign out?
After you sign out, your name will be removed from the home page, and your settings will be inaccessible to anyone using the same computer after you.
We recommend that you sign out only when you feel that you must.
To regain access to place orders, or to view your account, you'll need to sign in again.
